Fallout 3 Review
The Fallout 3 is a game that speaks of action which is solely based on role playing. This game was released by the Bethesda Game Studios and as can be seen from the name, is the last among all the three of the entire series.
Therefore, no doubt this is the latest version of the game. The release dates of the game are: 28/10/2008 for North America, 30/10/2008 for Europe and Australia and 31/10/2008 in the UK.
The game was also released in Ireland and the date is same as that of in the UK. The game is available in various versions.
To make it compatible to the various gaming systems, the game had been released for the Xbox 360 and the Play Station versions only. There is, unfortunately only one Windows version but it has not yet been determined.
The Fallout 3 is a futuristic game in that action of the game occurs in the year two thousand two hundred and seventy seven.

The Fallout 2, the game which was the second in the series and the one before the latest version of Fallout, had been positioned thirty six years earlier.
So there is a leap of thirty six years in this new game. The game actually, in the entire three series, is trying to depict the world after huge nuclear fallout. This nuclear fall out had happened in the post second world war.
The action of the third game in the series, the one we are discussing about takes place about two centuries after this.
The player is an inhabitant of a survival centre which has been opened to provide shelter and food to a handful of humans that have survived the fallout. This centre goes by the name of Vault 101.
Then the twist in the story comes. The father of this player protagonist vanishes. We do not know what happens to him. However, the payer will have to go to the nuclear ruins left of the present day Washington DC and get his father back.
In this quest he is helped by other fellow humans who are also survivors. But there is hardship on his path because these nuclear wastelands are now inhabitation of other creatures that want to kill him.
He has to make his way through many difficulties and battles to ultimately reach his father.
The Fallout 3 involves a shooter experience from the first person point of view and has also the techniques of any horror game that is based on survival of the player protagonists.
